Stage 1: Forming- The desire to be accepted by others and avoid conflict
Stage 2: Storming- When important issues are being discussed some people’s patience may break
Stage 3: Norming- Creating rules, tasks, and responsibilities of the group
Stage 4: Performing- Independent activity and flexibility
Stage 5: Adjourning- Completion and disengagement both from the tasks and group members, recognize/ enjoy achievements or recognize a sense of loss
